I was born in Venezuela and came to South Florida the way so many of my clients' families did — building a new life, learning a new rhythm, and eventually calling Miami home. I spent years there, in real estate and in life, watching the city grow taller, busier, and more expensive around me, the way it has for so many longtime residents.

A few years ago, my husband and I made a decision a lot of my clients are wrestling with right now: we left. Not because we stopped loving Miami — we didn't — but because we were ready for something quieter. We landed in Melbourne, on Florida's Space Coast, and it changed the way I thought about what 'home' could feel like in this next stage of life. Shorter drives. A slower morning. A beach that doesn't require a strategy to enjoy.

That move is the reason I do what I do now. I'm not a general-practice agent who happens to sell a house in Central Florida once in a while — downsizing and relocation from South Florida to the Space Coast is the whole focus of my business, because I've lived every part of it: the emotional weight of leaving a longtime home, the logistics of selling in one market while buying in another, and the adjustment of building a new routine somewhere new.

Most of my clients are homeowners in their 50s, 60s, and beyond — people whose kids are grown, whose houses have gotten a little too big and a little too much to maintain, and who are ready for a change but don't want to navigate it alone or be rushed through it. I work at your pace, not a sales quota's pace. And because I grew up speaking Spanish at home, I offer full service in both English and Spanish — not a translated brochure, but real conversations, in whichever language you're most comfortable having them.
